OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. —
Election Day is Saturday in West Virginia concerning a special vote.
It's what Governor Jim Justice calls the "Roads to Prosperity” plan.
The plan is said to fix roadways in all 55 counties, creating jobs and comes at a price tag of $1.6 billion.
“There's no downside to a yes vote,” Justice said. “But yet, a no vote will paralyze us. We have nowhere else to turn. How will we fund and incredible deficit? And what is going happen to our roads? They'll get worse."
