WHEELING, W.Va. — Orrick's Global Operations Center in Wheeling is working to spread some holiday cheer. They have teamed up with NEWS9's Coats for Kid's campaign, and they're collecting warm winter clothing items for area residents.
New and gently used clothing, coats, sweaters, gloves, hats and more are being collected at Orrick's 2121 Main Street location until Friday.
The company also plans to make a cash donation.
"This is the season for giving back, and depending what your background is, it is really it is just about bringing warmth to the Ohio Valley and helping those less fortunate than you," said attorney Mike Disotell said.
If you'd like to help, you can drop off items to the lobby area on Main Street between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday or Friday.
It is all part of the Orrick Cares Initiative, which is a global community responsibility commitment that started last year in celebration of the firm's 150th anniversary.
