ODOT crews ready for action

Officials with the Ohio Department of Transportation believe their crews did a good job handling the roads Sunday night at Monday morning, but they know they don't have long before they are dealing with heavy rains Tuesday and possibly more snow Wednesday.

“We’ll have to be concerned with the water run-off and see what the lows are, and if it goes back into snow Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, we’ll have a crew in at midnight and take care of it again,” Jefferson County Transportation Manager John Petrisko says salt supplies are at good levels.
