Deputies in Ohio County equipped with potential life-saving tool

Deputies in Ohio County will now be equipped with a tool to help save lives thanks to a donation by the Ohio Valley Medical Center. They are called Stop the Bleed kits, and their main purpose is to control bleeding before EMS arrives on scene.
