Cadiz City Council met Thursday evening and decided to withdraw their bid on the U.S. Army Reserve building.

The Harrison County Commission and the Sheriff’s Office hope to turn the building into a new justice center.

In addition, council members learned that Kevin Brooks, whom the mayor had previously recommended for the village administrator position, has withdrawn from the process.

With council’s approval, Ted Andrzejewski will now be offered the contract.
