Bob Evans argument leads to gun incident investigation
OHIO COUNTY, W. Va. —
The Ohio County Sheriff's Department is investigating an incident between two employees, where one allegedly pulled out a pistol.
The incident happened before five p.m. at The Highlands in Ohio County.
According to reports, two restaurant employees got into an argument when one pulled out an unloaded weapon.
The employee reported it to a manager, but did not want to press charges against his coworker.
Deputies say he told them he was actually the instigator in the argument.
Currently, no arrests have been made.
