Belmont Commissioners encourage patience on potential cracker plant

While the announcement has been pushed back because of logistics and the complexity of the project, Commissioner Mark Thomas has a message for the people of the Ohio Valley: "Patience, patience, patience. This project has become, at the point, 50 percent larger than originally proposed, which makes it even that more complicated," Thomas said.
