1982 Cameron graduate Tim Brown has been selected to lead his alma mater's football program. The hiring was recently approved by the Marshall County Board of Education.

Brown is currently a teacher in Cameron, he's been serving as an assistant track coach and previously was the school's Athletic Director. He served in these roles after coming home from central Ohio, where he was head coach at Groveport-Madison for ten seasons.

Brown's 2007 team qualified for the Ohio postseason and that season he earned Ohio Division I co-coach of the year honors. One of his players during his time there was former Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'veon Bell.
