Two people are dead in separate shooting incidents covering Thursday night and Friday morning.

One of the scenes is in Ohio County; the other is in Pennsylvania.

The man officials with the Ohio County Sheriff's Office was looking for -- 32-year-old Brian Calabrese, of Washington County, Pa., -- was found dead by Pennsylvania State Police in Amwell Township, Pa., in his vehicle from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

A warrant went out for Calabrese earlier, as he was wanted in the murder of a man in a home along Point Mill Road in Triadelphia.

Ohio County Sheriff Tom Howard said they believe the first shooting happened sometime between 6:30 and 8 p.m. on Thursday.

That took place at 301 Point Mill Roads. When deputies arrived they found a deceased male along with three other people alive and barricaded in the basement. Among them was a child.

"A child, a younger child in the house, along with the ex-girlfriend, and a grandmother was in the house," Howard said.

They were taken to a local hospital to be treated as a precaution.

"Yesterday it started, we had a call from Washington County Police and a local citizen about a welfare check on Point Mill Road, so while en route to there, we received other information that the call changed,” Ohio County Sheriff Tom Howard said. “When they arrived on scene, they ended up finding a male deceased and three other people in the house that were basically locked downstairs."

Calabrese was nowhere to be found. Howard said Calabrese and the victim knew each other through an ex-girlfriend.

"We started looking for him, started making calls out, Washington County pinged his phone and found he was up near the 79 area," Howard said.

Around 8:30 Friday morning, Calabrese was found inside of a vehicle in Amwell Township. According to the Washington County coroner, he died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound shortly before 10 o'clock.
