Captain Rick Parker of the Toronto Police Department has a message for those who think it’s OK to deal drugs in the Gem City.

"During our investigations, we say this time and time again, it's not a matter of it but a matter of when,” Parker said. “We will arrest you. We will come to your house if you sell drugs in our city, so stay out of Toronto. If you're going to sell drugs, sell them somewhere else. Don't sell them in Toronto."

This was a joint effort between the Toronto PD, the Jefferson County Drug Task Force and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.

Neighbors said this has been going on for quite some time, and they are happy to see these individuals behind bars.
