Three men were arrested Tuesday night after a stolen credit card report turned up evidence of a drug trafficking operation in Shadyside.

The stolen credit card report led Shadyside Police to a warrant execution at 3824 ½, Highland Avenue in the village – 20-year-old Dylan Ice’s residence.

Police said Dylan’s brother, Devon Ice, of Clarington, had recently used the card at Lowe’s in Wheeling.

Shadyside officers searched for items purchased with the card, but instead found pre-packaged grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, processing equipment, and operating cash.

The officers jailed the Ice brothers, charging Devon, 22, with theft, forgery and misuse of a credit card and Dylan with felony drug trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dylan’s roommate, Joshua Mucheck, 24, was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
