Authorities arrested nine of the 14 individuals believed to be in the Hancock County area and involved in the massive drug operation.

“That’s the only way we can continue to make a dent in this kind of a problem is for all law enforcement agencies to cooperate," Hancock County Sheriff Ralph Fletcher said.

An extradition hearing was held in Judge Jason Cuomo’s Hancock County courtroom addressing those nine -- Gabriel Rocchio, Kristopher Harless, Ryan Partee, Roslyn Galloway, Pamela Shingler, Angel Behanna, Fred Bryan II, Jason Powell, and Mason Jones.

They will all be facing charges in Columbiana County.

"The best part of this particular arrest procedure was the information that flowed back and forth across the river from the drug task force on the Ohio side to the drug task force on the west Virginia side,” Fletcher said. “The cooperation between all the departments is just phenomenal."

All nine of those individuals were transported back to Columbiana county following this afternoons extradition hearing.
