Meth mailed with toys, watches, detective says
Investigators in a drug trafficking case say methamphetamine was mailed from Oklahoma to Steubenville four different times.
Quenton Tom, 39, of Wilburton, OK., appeared in Steubenville Municipal Court for his preliminary hearing on Friday.
Det. Thomas Ellis with the Jefferson County Drug Task Force testified the drug was packaged with items such as a remote control car and watches.
The case was bound over to the grand jury.
Tom is being held on $1 million bond.
