Updated: Friday, May 23 2014, 11:21 PM EDT

STEUBENVILLE, Oh –

Buckeye Online School for Success held their 10th Annual Commencement Friday evening at Franciscan University.

Around 90 of the 175 students graduating attended the ceremony so the ceremony was live streamed for students who could not attend.

“It truly feels really great, a lot of hard work, a lot of school, a lot of hours putting into making sure my grades were good,” Noah Hughes said.

Students who did attend the ceremony got to meet their classmates and teachers in person for the first time.

“It’s so surreal because I’ve seen them through the internet and our classes and I’ve heard their voices through presentations but I’ve never actually seen them in person so it’s cool to put a face to the names,” Bailey Maholm said.

Students were happy to gradute and they did it with the help of BOSS, which is a tuiton free, public school that teaches students grades K-12.
