Three child sex cases among Marshall County Grand Jury indictments

MARSHALL COUNTY, W.Va. - Among the indictments handed down by a Marshall County Grand Jury on Tuesday were two men charged with child pornography and one man who was accused of having sex with a 9-year-old.
Nicholas Cody Brown was indicted for child pornography charges. The 25-year-old Brown is charged with 40 felony counts, including exhibiting material depicting minors and engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
He is free on $7,500 bond.
Jason Alan Miller, of Marshall County, is facing child pornography charges after a grand jury decided to officially charge him with 10 counts.
The charges include exhibiting material depicting minors and engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
Miller is free on $7,500 bond.
Landrum Robbins, 59, was indicted on 30 felony counts, accused of having sex with a then 9-year-old girl.
West Virginia State Police say there may be other victims and are urging those who had contact with Robbins to come forward.
Police say Robbins lived across the Ohio Valley, including a Beech Bottom Church, and in other states.
Robbins is in the Northern Regional Jail on $100,000 bond.
