JENNIFER GARNER AND BEN AFFLECK GETTING DIVORCED

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- It's splitsville for Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck. They say they've decided to divorce after 10 years of marriage. A joint statement from them says the decision comes after careful consideration. They say they remain committed to co-parenting their three young kids Violet, Seraphina and Samuel. When Affleck accepted the best picture Oscar for "Argo" he said marriage was "work, but it's the best kind of work." Now it seems that work is done. The statement says it would be their only comment on a "private, family matter."
