JEFFERSON COUNTY, OH

The Free to be Health program is a new initiative starting at the Fourth Street Health Center in Steubenville.

The center is the only free clinic in the region and takes care of everything from routine check ups to providing medicine to those who can't afford it.

The new program is specifically designed to help diabetic patients in Jefferson County who are uninsured.

Since the health center's founding in 2006, it has served thousands of Jefferson County residents and saved those same residents over $1 millon in perscription medication.

The Free to be Health initiative will focus on helping those with diabetes to eat healthier, exercise, and get the right medication.
