BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio - Two men were arrested in connection to a Monday morning drug bust in Martins Ferry, the latest in a string of busts in Belmont County.
Benjamin Cutlip was charged with three counts of trafficking drugs, possession of drug abuse instruments, and possession of drugs, and Richard Flowers Jr., was charged with one count of trafficking drugs on Monday morning.
The bust took place at 415 North 8th Street just before 9 a.m.
It came one day after Kiana Wallace of Bellaire was arrested and charged with trafficking crack cocaine and marijuana after a bust at a St. Clairsville hotel.
On Monday, it was learned that Troy Dynel Redmond was associated with that bust too, and is being charged with two counts of trafficking crack cocaine.
Redmond is a 41-year-old male from Columbus, Ohio and was arrested on warrants from a rug task force investigation.
According Belmont County Drug Task Force Commander John McFarland, officers seized a substantial amount of drugs and cash in the hotel room.
