HANCOCK COUNTY, Ohio -- Hancock County assistant prosecutor Bill Fahey passed away Tuesday at his home in Weirton.

“He was a very good attorney,” Cross said. “He was very bright. He worked real hard, but I think everyone you talk to will say what a really good person Bill was. He was always friendly. He always wanted to cheer you up if you were down no matter how much work you did or how he was feeling. He always cared about the other people.”
Fahey was an assistant prosecutor since 19-91.
