Paint your own Pottery at the Schrader Center
Schrader Environmental Education Center, Oglebay Resort, Wheeling, WV; 10 am - 3:30 pm; Summer pottery painting at the Schrader Center in Oglebay is a fun craft for families and children of all ages; $5-$20 depending on piece chosen; Pieces must be left overnight to be fired and can be picked up the following day; Available 10am -3:30pm Wednesday through Saturday and noon – 3:30pm

Crosscurrents at the Stifel Center
Stifel Fine arts Center and School of Dance, 1330 National Road, Wheeling, WV 26003; Crosscurrents at Oglebay Institute’s Stifel Fine Arts Center is a juried multi-media exhibition featuring top regional artists. Each year, dozens of artists who reside within an 80-mile radius of Wheeling vie for a chance to exhibit in this long-running annual show. Guest jurors choose the works for the exhibit and cash prizes are awarded to winning artists. Regular gallery hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday and 10am-4pm Saturday. Admission is free. Sponsored by United Bank.
